  Sport Fitness and Nutrition"While being a college athlete competing at the highest level, I always found myself in the training room with an injury and never knew why before then I had never been hurt before. As I grew up and built muscle, my body needed to catch up with a special diet and that was something I did not realize until I met Lisa. Since I was a "speed guy" in baseball terms, we concentrated on reducing body fat while building lean muscle up.

Lisa not only educated me on nutrition, she also showed me results within a matter of weeks. Without her help, I truly believe my college career would of never turned professionally (due to my injuries, I feel like more serious ones would have occurred). We first met after my shoulder surgery with goals of returning back to the field with an idea of how to take better care of my body and never looking back.

Knowing when to eat and how much to eat became 2nd nature to me and helped in my training right away. We talked about how to shop in the supermarkets and it really provided me with motivation to keep getting out there and working hard. To me Lisa is one of the most important influences when it comes to my career and truly a caring and sincere friend"
